According to Seiter (2017), “responsibility is the expectation and obligation to carry out assigned duties.” This means that responsibility fosters work integrity among the correctional staffs. There are certain duties assigned for each level of the correctional officers and responsibility is the sense to carry out those duties with full integrity and devotion. Every staff is required to have responsibility to complete their assigned tasks. Responsibility is the key to better productivity as the more responsible the staffs are the more devoted they will be to their duties in the organization
